How to submit a support request

The SUPPORT button function, which is built into the Pathpoint platform.
This provides an access point for all users to:
request access or a memebership code
ask for help on using the system
report wrong data input
suggest a new feature or functionality
request data or a patient list
report a bug
DO NOT enter patient identifying data within the support feature. Any patient specific requests should be launched from inside the patient page.

Email us
at support@openmedical.co.uk to send a ticket directly to our system, where all tickets are logged and actioned by our support team.

Phone hours of operation are from 7am to 7pm for day-to-day queries.
The dedicated 24/7 system support with rapid responses is for emergencies.
